What are the best neighborhoods in Chicago for a single mother and child?
Answer It all depends on how much you’re willing to pay rent in because some neighborhoods are reasonable and some are just plain expensive. Some neighborhoods that are nice are River North, Humboldt Park, Wicker Park, Edgewater, and Lincoln Park. I would do research on rent in these neighborhoods and I would actually visit before moving so you can get a feel of what the neighborhood feels like and see how the people are. Most neighborhoods have their share of elements, but these neighborhoods I mentioned are by far the best ones to live in.
