Ideas for team building games are almost limitless. However, finding just the right idea for a team building game can be very difficult. Just last week I needed a new idea for a team building game that involved customer service. I decided to go to the bookstore with it’s thousands of books because surely I could find the right team building idea here. After spending over an hour looking at the books, with many specifically about team building games in customer service, I simply gave up. Even for professionals like me, who have seen or read nearly every activity that has been done more than once, picking the right idea for a team building game is challenging. • How do I know an idea will work? • What if the idea is a flop? • I don’t want to look dumb in front of all these people!
