What are the best foods to eat before and in-between major life-crucial exams??!!???
Before exams I usually get too nervous to eat but I know I need to or I won’t be able to think. I go to a smoothie place and get something high in protein with extra protein! As far as snacks for in between or during breaks, I usually take granola bars, beef jerky, energy bars, or cashew nuts. Also remember to bring lots of water and stay really hydrated the few days before so you will be good going into the exam. Eggs are high in protein, my mom always used to make me “scrambled tortillas” in high school. its basically scrambled eggs with bits of tortilla mixed in. It’s yummy and filling. The other person is right, go for protein over carbs! Good luck on your exams! Don’t forget to take extra batteries for your calculator!!!!!
