Read the book “Taking Charge of Your Fertility”. You may find that ovulation calculator you have been using is incorrect (It was wrong for me). Also it is not your cycle length that is important it is how long your luteal phase is. These are the number of from ovulation until the start of your period. 12 or more is ideal and anything 10 or less can be a problem with conceiving. My luteal phase was always around 9-11 so that may be a problem for us and I have a 28 day cycle. You have to give the egg time to firmly implant and if you period comes too quickly after ovulation it makes it harder to conceive. So try some of the charting and temping methods in the book I recommended so you can more accurately pinpoint your ovulation and then count your days past ovulation to see if you have a short luteal phase.
