What are the best exercises for developing my forearms?
I’m building some pretty big arms, but my forearms still look like sticks. A: I like to compare the forearm with the calf. Both are located on the outer extremities of the body, both are often resistant to growth (basically most bodybuilders who have well-developed calves or forearms inherited them), and both are usually neglected in the gym.
