After that try some incline dumbbell presses to work the upper inner chest. Do about 6-8 repetitions of incline dumbbell presses. Next go into some seated chest flys or seated cable flys. Work with about 8-10 repetitions on this exercise for 4 sets. Be sure to keep your form strict on this exercise and not to go past normal range of motion coming back towards the chest with the exercise handles. This would put your shoulders at injury risk.
