What are the best educational marketing/communications groups in the greater Chicago area?

I recently moved from Minneapolis to the Chicago suburbs and I’m looking for opportunities to continue to learn about Marketing and Communications. In Minneapolis, I was a member of the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association and frequently attended Advertising Federation events. I prefer groups that have educational events, not just networking. Any suggestions would be appreciated! I also live and work in the Northern/Northwestern suburbs of Chicago, so if there are any groups that meet there, that would be ideal.
