What Are the Best Charles Atlas Exercises?
That entire summer I saved every single penny from my paper route and I sent away for the Charles atlas course. As you can imagine, I eagerly awaited its arrival. Each day I would check my mailbox to see if it had arrived. I will always remember the day it arrived. I tore the envelope opened and pulled out my very first lesson. Visions of huge muscles and no longer being picked on raced through my head. I started that very moment training. For those of you that are not familiar with Charles atlas, he designed an exercise program that used a combination of isometrics and bodyweight exercises. He also had some interesting twists to the exercises. For example, instead of just doing push ups on the floor, you would perform some of the pushups on three chairs.
