What Are the Benefits to Small Businesses?
Ashishtrue.. even my company uses Wiki and we have come to a stage now where if the Wiki does not work, then nothing works TRInteresting and an insightful article, although #4 of benefits strikes me as odd (Easy to use: Once you understand the syntax…). AFAIK, there isn’t a wiki markup “standard” and a lot of the Wiki implementations do allow HTML, etc. Same goes for blog platforms, some platforms use HTML, some use Markdown, etc. And with the growing number of web-based WYSIWYG-editors, wiki syntax seems a little outdated. Charles LauWiki has been really useful in my working life. It helps me to organize my work and how I can communicate that to my colleagues. While my company don’t use a common web server as WIKI, I installed it in my local computer and use it as my organizer which I can access it with any computer to show my colleagues. It’s fantastic!
