What are the benefits & the drawbacks of the social welfare system?
Benifits, people not dying in the street of hunger… giving someone a hand when they are down… hopefully the hand will decrease poverty and give people a shot to become self-sufficent… Drawbacks, people taking advantage of a poorly enforced system… greedy people complaining about how they should keep their millions…
