You actually save money by reducing the number of closed loan packages that need to be submitted to VA. Q: Im logged on to the Veteran Information Portal (https://vip.vba.va.gov), now what? A: In the left hand column click on TAS/WBLS, this will launch The Appraisal System. Pick the state where property is located and hit submit. When you get the screen that says Welcome to The Appraisal System, click on Requester and pick WBLS
