A. The OBR-PMCOP provides a web based standard set of processes, guidelines, templates, and checklists, and built-in review and approval processes for all HEI projects. It will help us develop consistent and repeatable processes that will result in better products and services for our clients. By using consistent processes, guidelines, and templates across all HEI projects, project team members and those performing testing and reviews don’t have to become familiar with new processes and forms for each project.
