Handover Certificates demonstrate that the user has accepted the scaffold as fit for use and acknowledges their responsibility to inspect and maintain the scaffold and to follow loading and use restrictions etc. It is also the scaffold contractor’s commitment to their client that the scaffold is complete and ready to use as per contract.
