In general, individual throttle bodies are much more complicated than a factory induction system. The general design including throttle linkage, placement, and flow becomes exasperated by a V type engine such as used on the NSX. Individual throttle body systems in general are designed for racing applications that do not have the long use durations before the system can be serviced. Our system is designed to provide reliable operation with extended service intervals. The design and engineering exceeds other products through advanced CAD modeling (such as the 3-dimensional port matched manifold) and airflow analysis. Every component was designed to work together rather than being retrofitted from other applications.
