ResearcherID Upload gives an institution the ability to easily create ResearcherID accounts for all of their researchers. ResearcherID Upload also gives an institution the ability to check their researchers’ publications against items in the Web of Science. If a match is found, the times cited information is stored along with the bibliographic information in ResearcherID, thus enabling the creation of citation metrics, collaboration networks, and citing articles networks in the ResearcherID interface, located at www.researcherid.com. • Who will use this service? Academic administrators and librarians are the primary audience; however, the service would need to be implemented by an IT librarian/staff as use of the service requires familiarity with XML and web service protocols.
