A. PBD’s National Tobacco Program utilizes it’s buying power of over 2000 members nation wide to secure Display Payments, Buydowns and enhanced Promotions from up to 5 Different Tobacco companies. These Companies include Philip Morris, RJ Reynolds, Brown & Williamson, Lorillard and Liggett Vector Brands. PBD provides a proprietary back bar fixture to our participating members at no cost. This fixture is customized to each location and ensures compliance with a member’s Tobacco Company partners as well as adherence to all Federal and Local laws.
