What are the benefits of switching from a registry-only case to a full service case?
A full service case provides many benefits, such as establishment of paternity and child support orders, enforcement and modification of child support orders, interception of IRS and unemployment payments, automatic income withholding and passport denial. Full service cases require a $25 fee in each year that the custodial parent receives more than $500 in child support collections. Since all payments go through the SDU, payment processing time is the same for both types of cases.
