A source-power calibration transfers the accuracy of the power meter measurement to the network analyzer. The output power of the network analyzer is accurate to within 2-3 dB. For the MW PNAs, the specifications are listed in the table below. A power meter calibration can provide accuracy of better than 0.5 dB.
