What Are the Benefits of Muscular Endurance?
Muscular endurance is your ability to use your muscles over a period of time, using less than maximal strength. Trying to lift your maximum weight in a bench press one time is an example of muscular strength, while benching 50 percent of your maximum 10 times or more is an example of muscular endurance. Muscular endurance reduces fatigue from activity and has many benefits, not only for exercising and participating in sports, but for performing everyday activities, as well.
