What are the benefits of learning a second language during Kindergarten (Child Education)?
Research reveals that during the first six years of life children possess a period in which they have greater ease for language learning. In this fashion, the earlier a child is exposed to a language, the greater their ability to understand and express as a native speaker. EuroEd’s proposal is to offer intensive exposure to the English language for children starting at age three (3), preparing them for greater academic success in future years. 2. What is the method of teaching English during Kindergarten? All of EuroEd’s teachers are bilingual (English/Romanian). Children are exposed to the phonetic method, where learning is initiated by the sound of the English letters. 3. Does learning a second language hinder learning of the Romanian language? Learning a second language does not hinder learning of the Romanian language and vice-versa. The potential to achieve proficiency in both depends on certain factors: age which exposure to language is initiated, intelligence, personality and in
