What are the benefits of jump rope for Kendo?
i am not quite sure what the specific benefits are for Kendo but jump roping, helps with ur general conditioning, it also improves ur foot work by working ur fast twitch muscles, and it improves hand, eye, foot coordination, bc u have to all those down to jump rope without tripping up i usually do about 20-30 mins of jump rope a day( usually in between rounds) or as warm up
