PHI THETA KAPPA members receive a membership certificate, the privilege of wearing fraternity key, subscriptions to fraternity publications, transfer scholarship opportunities and the opportunity to apply for Gustwhite Scholarships and be nominated to the Academic All-American Team. At graduation PHI THETA KAPPA members may wear the fraternity graduation stole and have the fraternity seal and stamp affixed to their college diploma.
