What are the benefits of having taken JLPT in the job market?
Some organisations may use a JLPT level as a tool to screen potential candidates, however having a good score in any level will not guarantee you a job. Remember the JLPT only tests a very narrow range of skills, via multiple choice questions. Most employers are looking for well rounded employees in the job market who can communicate in both written and spoken Japanese. Neither written nor spoken Japanese are evaluated by the JLPT.
