What are the benefits of drinking loads of water?
Well the body is made up mostly of water so drinking ‘loads’ (8 cups a day) of it is essential to enable chemical reactions to take place in your body. if you don’t drink enough you will get head aches, may feel tired and if you drink little or no fluid/water you will die! Your body needs to be able to excrete toxic waste products in the urine and it can only do this if you drink sufficient water- so it’s good for detoxification. Drinking water is also very good compared to drinking say soft drinks which have artificial sweeteners like aspartame which causes a lot of health problems. So stick to drinking ‘loads of water’ but be warned you could die from drinking too much water as it can make the brain swell !!
