A: A unique email address and your PSFP unique ID (only available by visiting the clinic). We do not allow patient accounts to share email addresses, nor will we provide your PSFP ID over the phone. We take patient confidentiality very seriously, and we’re sorry if this creates any inconvenience! Q: Can I access my children’s information? A: Yes, up until age 13. All accounts are de-activated once the child turn 13 years old. The account can be re-activated with a new password given only to the 13 year old patient.
