As a member of the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP), the City of Los Angeles provides “one-stop shopping” certification services to small minority-owned and women-owned businesses seeking to participate as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE) in contracts funded by the United States Department of Transportation. The CUCP also eliminates the need for DBE and ACDBE firms to obtain certifications from multiple agencies within the State. It is not necessary to apply for DBE and ACDBE certification at more than one agency.
