MEMBERSHIP Q: How do I get on the Madison Center Cooperative Playgroup waiting list? A: To get on the waiting list, fill out the waiting list form and return it to the Madison Center Cooperative Playgroup. There is a $20 non-refundable fee per child to be placed on the Wait List.
