The Play & Music welcome kits (including the activated membership cards) are distributed in person at each Gymboree Play & Music location in the U.S. and Canada only. If you are enrolled in classes and have not yet received a welcome kit, we encourage you to contact your Gymboree Play & Music location for additional information. After you receive your welcome kit from Gymboree Play & Music, Gymboree retail will send you an email welcoming you to the Gymboree family.
