The Gateway project assurance methodology will assist public authorities to improve project management and project delivery. The process is designed to assist project owners to achieve optimum success in delivering business outcomes. The Gateway process also presents other opportunities for Government through the transfer of knowledge that can enhance project management across the Western Australian Public Sector.
