What are the benefits and supports?
The MENTOR Network offers opportunities for skill development and access to continued education in order to support the individuals for whom we provide services. DSPs are paid at a competitive hourly rate, and those working 30 or more hours per week are offered a benefits package that is enhanced after one year of service. DSPs are also eligible for promotion within the company. They also receive the reward that comes from developing relationships with the individuals they serve and the satisfaction of helping make a real difference in another person’s life.
