As a student staff member you get an opportunity to serve others, to develop your skills, to gain valuable university contacts, to experience hours of professional training, to work with some of the most talented students at WU, to learn about yourself and others, and to be a part of a supportive group of friends who are all working together to make your residential college a great place to live. There are also opportunities for networking with faculty and administrators throughout the University.
