What are the behavioral differences between male and females?
Not one heck of a lot. Once they are altered, both sexes tend to behave quite similarly. We have observed however that the males tend to be a little more playful and independent, and the females tend to be a little more watchful but also more people-oriented. It’s difficult to say anything definitive about this, for there are so many exceptions. Each individual cat has a unique personality that will evolve as they become a part of your family. I do have a theory about this slight behavioral difference, and it has to do with their inherited instincts.
