Fan behavior We are again asking all fans for assistance with our “Help Stop UnBEARable Behavior” campaign. If you notice someone that is violating our Code of Conduct (listed below), please anonymously contact our gameday security by texting the keyword “BEARS” followed by a space, and describe the issue and exact location where assistance is needed to 41513. The keyword and text number will be listed on fixed signage visible in the seating areas and concourses. You can also call 312-235-7999 and security will be dispatched to address the situation. Lastly, you may contact nearest Monterrey Security Officer (red shirts or jackets), S3 usher (yellow jackets) or Fan Services Team Member (orange shirts or navy blue jackets). Code of Conduct Proper behavior is expected of all guests at Chicago Bears games.
