What are the bbs archives and where can I find them?
Archives are read-only areas that contain topics deemed to be of lasting interest. Because our software does not permit editing or deleting messages that have been placed in the archives, they tend to be used sparingly. You may not add a reply to a topic that is in an archive, however you may open a new topic on the same subject in the corresponding active forum if you wish. You can get to the Bulletin Board Archives in several ways • Archives are linked in a pull-down menu at the bottom of the BBS Home Page (page shown after you login). • Archives are linked in the “Hop to” pull-down menu at the bottom of the page when you are reading a topic. Archives are NOT shown in the pull-down menu in individual forum topic list pages due to a quirk in our bbs software. • Archives are included when using the bbs search capabilities for All Open Forums and Archives. Individual archives may also be selected for searching.
