What are the basic teachings of Science of Spirituality?
Sant Mat is the term for the teachings taught by the Science of Spirituality organization. Sant Mat is the study of the essence of the spiritual teachings of all saints and spiritual Masters from all religions through the ages. As a spiritual path Sant Mat has the following beliefs: • Our true self is the soul. • The soul is the essence of God. • God brought creation into being through the Light and Sound of God. • Contact with the Light and sound of God through meditation leads the soul back to God. • The living spiritual Master has completed the spiritual journey and can connect souls with the Light and Sound within.
