What are the basic specs for submitting complete artwork?

Postcard design — 4.25″ x 6″ trim size, 4.5″ x 6.25″ bleed, (1/8″ bleed on all sides), all live copy at least 1/8″ from trim on all sides. Files must be submitted in CMYK color mode as a high res tif, eps, or pdf file. No LZW compression. Use Rich Black (30%C, 30%M, 30%Y, 100%K) on all large areas or type over 36 points. Give a unique filename for each file (front and back in separate files). Do NOT check for color of white Overprint Fill or Overprint Stroke in page layout. Back of postcard design — Must leave 1″ box for Mail Permit Indicia in top right corner. Also, must leave a minimum of 3.75″ x 2″ open space for addressing and bar coding info in the bottom right quadrant. Check out our website for further specs if needed or contact us with any questions.
