Username and password are always lower case and just “bob” not “bob@zhonka.net” POP3 and SMTP (incoming and outgoing) servers: mail.zhonka.net E-mail address & Reply-to address is “bob@zhonka.net” or “jane@mycompany.com if you have a domain name.
