What are the basic rules for connecting a digital camera to a MACINTOSH Computer?
• Follow Basic Rules for Connection . Shut down the system. • Identify the port that you are going to use, either printer or modem port. Disconnect any device that is on that port. • Turn the camera OFF, but set in Connect mode. Connect the cable from the camera to the port. • Restart the computer. • Start the software that will be used to connect to the camera. • Turn the camera ON. • Download pictures from the camera.
