• A four-night minimum stay is required for all DNCC hotels for the Convention period: Monday, August 25 through Thursday, August 28, with a Friday, August 29 check out date. Extended dates may be available; please submit your request for all dates needed. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. • A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit amounts and cancellation policies vary by hotel, so please confirm these when you make your reservation. • June 24, 2008 is the FINAL date for you to confirm your room(s) and pay the deposit requirement on all reservations. Rooms not confirmed by that time will automatically revert back to the DNCC hotel reservation system for general rebooking.
