The fan inside the NMHxxx series will spin at different speeds while the unit is powered on. The fan spins at a dynamic speed and is usually running around 10% speeds in idle mode. The fan control is programmed to keep the internal temperature below 50 degree’s Celsius. If the NMHxxx reaches 65 degrees Celsius or more, the unit will shut down.
