What are the bands road trip snack essentials?
Ben: On this tour were trying to eat healthier. Essential snacks, those guys eat sunflower seeds a lot. We try to eat whatever is free. Whatever they have at each gig we just try to eat as much as we can and take with us; so we dont have buy much when were driving. Nappy: What would you be excited to see on the table at the next gig? Ben: If they had sushi that would be incredible, but that doesnt happen too much. Sushi is my favorite thing. We get a lot of lasagna, pizza, whenever we get some good home-cooked meal thats really the best thing. Nappy: How do you kill time while covering the miles? Ben: Well, let me explain. I use to watch 24 a ton while on the road. Things have gotten a lot busier. I book and manage the band while on the road; Im basically running the business while on the road.
