What are the band members musical backgrounds preceding Vaticide?
Symon: Rob and I played in previous incarnations of Vaticide under different names, at different times, and with different people. Stevo of course played with Addictive and Dungeon. Jimmy: Prior to jamming with Rob in what would eventually become Vaticide, I hadn`t played in any band of note. I did music all through high school though and studied music for a while at Uni. I learnt piano for about 8 or 9 years but I taught myself how to play guitar. HailMetal.Com: Recently you parted ways with your drummer Stevo. Could you shed some light on his departure? Replacement? Jimmy: Yeah, unfortunately Stevo had to leave. It sucks because he is such an incredible drummer and really took the band to another level. However, due to family and personal commitments, he had to move to Queensland. We tried it for a while with him flying down to rehearse and gig, but it was just too hard and expensive to keep this up.
