The following bag limits are authorized in Quebec’s Wildlife Zone 23 North during the fall hunts. • Quebec-Labrador Caribou – 2 of either sex per hunter. • Black Bear – 1 of either sex per hunter. • Willow Ptarmigan – 10 per hunter per day with a maximum possession limit of 30 Willow Ptarmigan per hunter.
