What are the bad fats to cut out of my diet to help me lose body fat?
Eat a diet low in saturated fats, animal fat, dairy products, coconut milk, palm oil and ghee. Cut out all trans-fatty acids (hydrogenated fats) like fried foods, some margarines, heated fats/oils that are hidden in some biscuits, cakes, bread, muffins, take-away, dried fruit & muesli/cereals.Back to Top 93.
