What are the backyards like of homes in Vintage Township?
Backyards vary depending on the size of the lot and home. Our smaller homes (Cottages– 1,500 sf) are designed on smaller lots. They have intimate courtyards in the back of their lots – perfect for the young family just starting out, the single or professional or empty nester who doesn’t want to mow a large lawn. Other homes (Neighbor– 2,500 sf) have yards designed for larger families, play sets and swimming pools and offer much more space in the back.
