What are the Bachelors Program “areas of study”?
The program’s directors and faculty advisors have developed study-clusters of 8-10 foundation courses in a number of academic fields. You are not required to choose one of these areas of study. They are optional concentrations that many students use to define a thematic focus for their bachelor’s degrees. They are most useful for students who plan to go to graduate school in fields such as psychology, literature, cinema studies, media production, and creative writing. Please view the Areas of Study page for more information.
