For North America, the permitted forwarders are FedEx and UPS. The shippping charges will be added to your invoice or credit card charge. For Europe, FedEx and TNT are the appointed forwarders, and no extra shipping charges will be made if either of these are used. Other forwarders are available, but shipping then will be at the customer’s expense, and you must supply the number of the account that you have with that forwarder.
