Delivery confirmation is available for orders shipped via UPS only, not for orders shipped via the United States Postal Service(USPS). The United States Postal Service (USPS) can not track packages or confirm delivery, so shipping is at your own risk. If you ship via UPS (this includes ground, 2 day or 1 day), you will have the option to require that UPS obtain a signature from someone in the household before the package can be left (cost of this option is $3.00). Confirmation of delivery serves as proof of receipt. Actual delivery time will vary based on when the order was shipped and the shipping method used. If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame, please contact customer support at1-800-803-7537 or email hdgiftcard@storefinancial.com. Be sure to include your Order number.
