All auditions begin with a private interview or screening with a member of our team. If you are selected to move on to the next step of the process, you will typically complete a brief drumming audition followed by a brief acting audition. This phase allows us to assess the technical skill sets of the performer, along with his/her Blue Man artistic potential.
