The cost of retaining counsel is one of the critical factors in deciding not only whether to hire an attorney to assist but, which firm to hire. You are entitled to a candid discussion of the fees and costs to be expected in a case of your type. We are always happy to discuss fees and costs with clients. In general, most of the cases that we handle are on a flat fee or fixed fee basis. In other words, we handle your case from the time we are retained until a specific point in time or, until a specific objective has been obtained for a predetermined fee.
